As a core member of the BW Esports media team, I spearheaded the multimedia content strategy designed to define the program’s visual identity and actively drive student recruitment.
To translate our competitive culture into a compelling digital brand, I produced a wide range of targeted assets. My daily work ranged from designing high-retention game day graphics and crafting promotional posters to directing 'day-in-the-life' short-form videos optimized for TikTok and Instagram. Every piece of content was intentionally created to showcase the genuine passion of our athletes and highlight our state-of-the-art facilities.
Ultimately, this strategic approach to storytelling successfully elevated the program's digital footprint. By bridging the gap between raw gameplay and professional brand identity, these multimedia campaigns directly contributed to increased visibility and engagement, making BW Esports stand out to prospective talent across the collegiate esports space.
